My hunt for house continues.....
I am looking for a 2 bedroom house and surpringly it is very costly in Pune....
May be I am late in looking for the house. Aundh is costing nearly 4000/SFT, Vakad is 3150, Baner is 4200 and PASHAN/SUS road is 3750....
I am not sure if i should take home in Viman Nagar, if office shifts to Hinjewadi i will be in mess.
May be I should take home in Nashik and then travle to Pune :)
I think I can only afford Pimple Saudagar or Vakad. Let's see.

Search of a new home
Home Sweet home....
These are nice words but becomes really tough when you are planning to purchase your new home. It is really nice that Builders take all the pain and get you a customized( in their style) home at a very hefty price.... :)
I am looking for a house...My compnay is changing address..May move to Hinjewadi IT hub of Pune. I am looking house near to work area but close to civilization. I have strict orders from my wife. I have to look for medical shop, grocery shop, milk shop, Flour mill( she hates Ashriwad atta), Press wala and riksh stand all near by.
We live at Viman nagar , acosmopolitian place at Pune. I can understand my wife's expactations after living at viman nagar.
I hope when she will be back i will show her some apartments and then Life will be come easy....Home Sweet Home will become true.

Life takes a turn
Life took a turn and i accepted offer from Barclays at Pune......
Left Hyderabad for good....thinking that family will come closer and i will have lesss worries.
After Joining Barclays i was told that i have to go to UK for 6 weeks....
You can understand that with an expecting wife this was a tough decesion.
I came to UK...Nothampton...A nice small town which works from 9-5.30. Yes you heard it right. Everything except restaurant closes at 5.30.
I am managing with A pakistani Restuarnat EVERYDAY. Good Food but i miss home , wife and kids.
there is so much of work that i am writing this blog also from office on a saturday..
UK is funny country. Since morning i have seen sunshine, rain ,snow everything and it is still 4 in the afternoon.
I am planning to go to London next weeend as this week it seems impossible.

Love sucesses wealth what you want : nice story
A woman came out of her house and saw 3 old men with long white beards sitting in her front yard. She did not recognize them. She said "I don't think I know you, but you must be hungry. Please come in and have something to eat."
"Is the man of the house in home?", they asked.
"No", she replied. "He's out."
"Then we cannot come in", they replied.
In the evening when her husband came home, she told him what had happened.
"Go tell them I am home and invite them in!"
The woman went out and invited the men in"
"We do not go into a House together," they replied.
"Why is that?" she asked.
One of the old men explained: "His name is Wealth," he said pointing to one of his friends, and said pointing to another one, "He is Success, and I am Love." Then he added, "Now go in and discuss with your husband which one of us you want in your home."
The woman went in and told her husband what was said. Her husband was overjoyed. "How nice!!", he said. "Since that is the case, let us invite Wealth. Let him come and fill our home with wealth!"
His wife disagreed. "My dear, why don't we invite Success?"
Their daughter-in-law was listening from the other corner of the house. She jumped in with her own suggestion: "Would it not be better to invite Love? Our home will then be filled with love!"
"Let us heed our daughter-in-law's advice," said the husband to his wife.
"Go out and invite Love to be our guest."
The woman went out and asked the 3 old men, "Which one of you is Love? Please come in and be our guest."
Love got up and started walking toward the house. The other 2 also got up and followed him. Surprised, the lady asked Wealth and Success: "I only invited Love, Why are you coming in?"
The old men replied together: "If you had invited Wealth or Success, the other two of us would've stayed out, but since you invited Love, wherever He goes, we go with him. Wherever there is Love, there is also Wealth and Success!!!!!!"
